Evaluation - Market Day

3 things that went well:

-We worked well together as a group. I think that we all worked well together as a group because we were able to do our roles well and that we were able to fix any problems that we had.

-Bringing the equipment and materials. We did well with bringing the equipment and materials that we needed, and that we didn't forget anything on the day

-Jobs. During Market day we had a lot of jobs to do so this meant that we were busy for 3 hours. We did well with juggling differents jobs and helping each other if any one of us needed help.

3 things that did not go so well:

-One thing that didn't go well is when the cheese on our fries was starting to get hard because it had been sitting out on display for quite a while.

-Time. Since the fries were taking quite a long time to deep fry then we kept running out of fries to serve because we had to keep waiting for new batches of fries to come once the once on display had been sold.

-We ran out of bacon. We didn't buy enough bacon so that all fries had bacon. We thought that one bacon would be enough since we cut it in smaller pieces but it still wasn't enough.

3 things you would change if done again:

If I had the chance to do this again then I would change the fact that we only had one portable cooker. , so pretty much we would bring one more portable cooker. I would also change the number of ingredients we brought. Those are the only things I would change because the rest went pretty well.
